Hello! I have been involved with the healing arts community in the Los Angeles area for over 12 years. I hold certifications in Massage Therapy, Reiki, and Myofascial Release Technique as taught by John Barnes.
I spent a wonderful year living among the Yoga community at Mount Madonna Center near Santa Cruz, and received my Yoga Teaching Certificate from their program in 2004. Mount Madonna Center is an intentional community and retreat center based on the teachings of Ashtanga Yoga Master Baba Hari Das.
In 2006, I received my Aesthetics License, and I now offer Holistic Non-Surgical Face-lift Treatments in addition to my Colour Therapy practice.
I am also involved in the distribution of Healing Foods as a means to reawaken the body, mind and spirit through living, enzyme rich superfoods.
